iBooMas Warranty

Our massage chairs and accessories (the "Products") are warranted for a period of 3 years (the "Warranty Period") against:


1. Missing parts or materials from the Products at the time of delivery;

2. Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;

3. Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;

4. Major defects in the functionality of motors, armrests, backrest recline, and casters.

* Note 1: The first year of our warranty is completely free, with a small charge for shipping and parts costs in the second and third years, as applicable.

The warranty services include the following if your chair is under warranty and inartificial:

1. Provide free accessories and parts. (The first year)

2. If it is not a quality problem during the warranty period, the buyer should bear the shipping cost for repair and return.

* Note 2: If you require a return service, please show the valid warranty card and complete product package. Normally, the return shipping cost is borne by us, special cases will be borne by the buyer.

If your product cannot be repaired (Presence of serious irreparable and non-secondary saleable products), we offer the following options:

1. Partial Refund: If you have used the product for a period of time and don't need it anymore, and request compensation for an irreparable product, we will pay you a certain amount of refund according to the actual situation. (Note: the refund amount does not exceed the amount of your purchase.) 

2. Full Refund: For massage chairs that are unrepairable due to the quality of our products within 30 days of the return period, we offer a full refund, you do not need to return the product and the product can be disposed of at your own discretion.

3. Other: If you still need a brand-new massage chair, you can buy any models again on our online store. We will give you a certain percentage discount on the purchase of a new massage chair according to the actual situation, the discount percentage is usually around 30%-80%.

* Note 3: We do not accept unjustified returns with non-quality problems.


Subject to the following:

1. Any replacement parts shall be fully provided by iBooMas and any shipping costs shall be borne by iBooMas (The first year);

2. Replaced parts will be recollected by iBooMas to be disposed of.

3. To benefit under this warranty, iBooMas must be notified of any defect within 3 days of the occurrence of such defect via images or video evidence to support@iboomas.com;

4. This Warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.


What our warranty does NOT cover

For the avoidance of doubt, this warranty does not cover the following:

1. Wear and tear of PU leather, including but not limited to cuts, scratches, or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;

2. Consequential or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the Products;

3. Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of iBooMas;

4. Damage caused to the Products during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to the relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided;

5. Minor variations resulting from of hand-made workmanship.


Limited Warranty

iBooMas reserves the right to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed. Any item requiring replacement due to any of the Exclusions will be at the purchaser's expense. iBooMas reserves the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced. Such replacement or repair is offered by iBooMas at its sole discretion, to the extent permitted under the Consumer Law.

Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only. Where iBooMas has determined that a benefit under this warranty may be claimed, the costs incurred in replacing such defective part or material (including in particular the cost of materials) shall be borne by iBooMas. Components replaced under this warranty may vary in color and texture from the original.

This warranty is in addition to any rights a consumer may have under Consumer Law. Any paragraph of this warranty which is unenforceable or void at law is to be severed and the rest of this warranty will remain in force.

This warranty will end immediately if the Product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights under the applicable law governing third-party rights to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of these terms and conditions herein. For any warranty protection from iBooMas, all subsequent purchasers acquire the Product "as is".

Disclaimer of all other warranties and obligations

This warranty and iBooMas' obligations thereunder are in lieu of all other warranties (except for those provided under Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded) whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as all other representations made to the original purchaser.

Effective Date

This warranty shall be effective for purchases of the Products as of the date of delivery.
