Easy shopping, simple returns - that's our promise. At iBooMas, we're committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and worry-fee as possible. We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. But before considering a return, don’t forget that all our chairs come with a 3-year warranty for non-human damage and lifetime technical support. Of course, you can choose return, when that happens, we make completing a return simple and convenient.

 

1. Basic Return Eligibility & Refund Details

 

  1. Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Item Requirements: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with original packaging (including tags, accessories, manuals, and other in-box items) and proof of purchase (receipt or order screenshot). Please note: For massage chairs (oversized items), the original packaging must remain intact. If the original packaging is damaged or missing, we may deduct a packaging fee or decline the return.
  3. Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned package at our warehouse, we will inspect the item to check for damage, missing parts, failure to maintain its original condition, or obvious signs of use. We will process the specific refund based on the inspection results, and this entire process takes 3–5 business days.
  4. Special Assessment: If returned items do not fully meet the above criteria, we will evaluate each case individually and may adjust the refund amount or decline the return.
  5. Oversized Item Shipping Note: Massage chairs are oversized items and require scheduling a professional logistics company for pickup (not regular courier services). The shipping fee for returns of oversized items can be as high as several hundred US dollars.

 

2. Return Responsibility & Cost Allocation

Responsibility and cost allocation are clearly defined based on the reason for return:

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are non-returnable once sold. For quality issues, please refer to our warranty policy:

  • Refurbished Items: Renewed series items labeled “Refurbished,” “90% New,” or “70% New.”
  • BOGO Free Gifts: Free gifts from “Buy One Get One” (BOGO) promotions, such as eye masks and shoulder massagers.

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order description, please contact our after-sales team at support@iboomas.com immediately. We will provide the best solution (e.g., repair, replacement) based on the actual situation.


 

4. How to Initiate a Return & Ship Items Back

 

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact our after-sales support team via email: support@iboomas.com. Ensure the order ID is included in the email subject, and attach photos of the product showing quality issues or damage, or photos of the unopened product. Upon receiving your email, we will assist you with the return and refund process promptly.
  • Sending Us Your Return

    We will review your return request. For orders that meet the return eligibility criteria, we will provide you with a prepaid return label within 2 business days. After receiving the return label, you need to proactively contact the carrier to schedule a pickup time for the return.

    Please follow the return instructions for each item to receive a refund. Do not include items from separate orders in the same return.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items Return Fees

 

Fees will be charged based on return liability and cost sharing.

The specific shipping fee depends on the distance from the return address to the warehouse, and it is usually $300~$500.

Damage Fee

  1. Buyer's responsibility: The buyer shall bear the return shipping fee.
    If you return an item that is damaged, missing parts, not in its original condition, has tags torn off, or has visible signs of use. And the merchandise is rendered unsaleable for a second time.

You will receive a partial refund of up to 30% to 100% of the product price.

 

 

6. Product Warranty Policy

  2. Warranty Periods:
    All iBooMas massage chairs undergo rigorous quality inspections before shipping, and we proudly offer: 
    • Brand-new items: 3-Year Comprehensive Warranty
      Year 1: Free services
      Years 2–3: Free parts (customer covers shipping)
      Year 4+: Customer covers parts + shipping 
      Lifetime technical support.
      The warranty starts from the date the order is placed.
    • Refurbished items and free gifts: 1-year warranty only.

 

7. Mis-shipped Items

 

If you accidentally send an item that is not part of your iBooMas order to us, please contact support@iboomas.com immediately. To resolve the issue more quickly, please make sure to use the order ID as the email subject.
