Return&Refund Policy
Easy shopping, simple returns - that's our promise. At iBooMas, we're committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and worry-fee as possible. We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. But before considering a return, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our 3 years warranty. Of course, you can choose return, when that happens, we make completing a return simple and convenient.
Our items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of the buyer's receipt of the item as long as they are in original or unused condition (To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.). A refund will be provided if we has received the item, and determined that you are eligible for a refund. It can take up to 2-4 days for us to receive and process your return. Once we issue your refund, it may take 1-3 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your original payment account.
Items That You Can't Return
Some products are non-returnable, such as the following:
· Our Renewed products in "Refurbished", with "90% New" "70% New"condition types.
· Our BOGO gifts - Such as eye mask, shoulder massager, etc.
In the unlikely event that a non-returnable item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact support@iboomas.com. We will give you the best solution according to the actual situation.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return on a item that's eligible for return, simply contact our after-sales email: support@iboomas.com with your product quality issue damage picture or your unopened product picture. There will be a specialized after-sales personnel to dock with you about the return.
Sending Us Your Return
You can send your return request to this email address: support@iboomas.com, after we approve your return request, we will send you a return label, then our carrier will contact you for the return (or you can call the carrier yourself to ask for a specific time to return the product), you just need to give the return label and the massage chair parcel to our carrier consignee! Please make sure, however, that your item is returned in original or unused condition with tags attached and hygiene seals and liners intact, and in the original manufacturer's packaging including tags, components, accessories, manuals and other inserts.
Please follow the return instructions for each item to receive a refund. Do not include items from separate orders in the same return.

While returns are generally free, certain situations or item conditions may incur fees. Note that an item cannot be sent back to you after it has been returned.

Special Delivery Service Returns
Items delivered with "Room of Choice Delivery" and "White Glove Delivery & Assembly" services, please check the item carefully when it arrives to see if there is any quality problem, if it is not a quality problem, and after using it for a while you indicate that you don't like it or functionality not sufficient for use, etc., you need to make sure that the original packaging of the product is all there, as well as make sure that the product is not defective in any way. If after choosing to return the item, we find that the item is defective, a full refund will not be issued, only a partial refund will be accepted, the exact amount of the refund will be determined by the actual damage to the massage chair.

Unintended Item(s) in My Return
If you accidentally sent the wrong item to iBooMas, please contact: support@iboomas.com as soon as possible. Note that we may not be able to locate mistakenly sent items and are unable to provide compensation in these cases. IBooMas does not store items sent in error and will handle (and/or dispose) such items at our discretion.
