Shipping Time

Before shipping, we will conduct strict quality inspection and careful packaging. The processing time for orders is usually within 2-4 business days. 

Arrival Time

We have warehouses located in both the western and central regions of the U.S. and Canada, and orders are shipped via CEVA/Metropolitan/Kinder/APEX/M-O/FedEx/USPS. 

If you want to arrange Room of Choice/White Glove Delivery Service please select the desired logistics and delivery service on the checkout page. (U.S. only.)

Delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 days depending on the destination ZIP code. Orders shipped to Canada may arrive faster in some regions.

Room of choice delivery service: 

  • Does NOT include unpacking, product assembly, packaging removal or haul away.
  • NOTICE: Limited to two flights of stairs with a maximum delivery time of 20 minutes.

White glove delivery service:

  • Includes product assembly and packaging removal. Not satisfied? Return it instantly.
  • NOTICE: Limit two flights of stairs with a maximum delivery time of 30 minutes.
  • For safety, the service provider will not move the item to a different location after it's been assembled.


Shipping Fee

All products are shipped free within the U.S. and Canada except Hawaii and Las Vegas, which require an additional $900 shipping fee.

Notice

Due to the heavy and bulky nature of the massage chairs and products, we currently offer free shipping within the United States and Canada. Shipping to other regions may incur additional charges.

Please provide us with a detailed and correct shipping address with telephone number and zip code so that we can deliver your order successfully. iBooMas is not responsible if a package fails due to missing , incomplete or incorrect destination information cannot be delivered.

We'll send an email with the tracking number to you once the order has been taken by the carrier. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service for assistance within 30 days of the order date.

When you find that the outer packaging is seriously damaged when you receive the product, please be sure to take a photo and request a damage report from the carrier, and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

For now, we are solely focused on serving the U.S. and Canadian markets.
